Air temperature and humidity sensors
Air sensors measure the temperature and relative humidity around your crop. CropWatch shows those readings now and over time, and uses them to calculate VPD.

Place the sensor at crop height, out of direct sun and away from heaters, vents and doors, so that it reads the air your plants actually experience.
A sensor in direct sunlight reads warmer than the air around it.
